Dr. Lisa Leit, PhD, MCC founder of Happy Whole Human (HWH) explains, “People have had a lot of time to plot their next move. Workers are looking for more satisfaction from their jobs. Happy Whole Human (HWH) is a research based, results-driven program that has proven to increase productivity and employee satisfaction. A study conducted for the Validation Institute shows that HWH participants who took the assessment and attended weekly workshops reported a 34% improvement in emotional wellness, a 23% improvement in overall life satisfaction, and an 18% improvement in well-being and overall health. 

In order to have meaningful data driven results, the company or individual will start with a 15-minute self-assessment online. Based on HWH Founder Dr. Leit’s doctoral research, this confidential employee self-assessment and corresponding program will identify and address 28 key dimensions of happiness and the hidden risk factors to health. “It pinpoints where the individual is at present, identifies what is preventing them from achieving their goals, and provides them with the guidance they need to get there,” according to the HWH team. Once the results are received, the individual or organization can review them with an HWH coach to discuss targeted interventions to help employers and employees achieve balance in the workplace.

The HWH program allows the company to track the overall health, well-being, and efficiency of its employees. The program was developed over a seven year period. It is scientifically validated and evidence based, allowing corporate leadership to objectively and reliably measure employee wellness and improve it. Companies receive aggregate reports that provide a snapshot of the health of their employees, so that businesses can give their employees feedback on areas of strength and opportunities for improvement while also providing leadership. HWH then works with them to stage targeted interventions that yield measurable, lasting results.
