As a teen, Cruz accompanied his father to various job sites and got hands-on training. There, he learned what it takes to build something from the ground up. He quickly worked his way up the ladder and began refining his skills, becoming the perfectionist he is today. 

Since then, Cruz’s attention to detail and customer satisfaction have led him to huge successes. In 2020, he decided to uphold his family legacy and launch his own business, Skyscraper Construction LLC. 

Cruz’s ultimate goal is to and long term thoughts on the construction industry are that more and more buildings will be built using organic methods that allow for better energy efficiency, less pollution, and be less invasive on the environment. “The future of construction will focus on efficiency, environmental awareness, and safer practices that provide more jobs for workers interested in the trade.
