Wole Oluyemi was born and spent his childhood in Ijebu Igbo, Nigeria. His parents firmly believed in the concepts of hard work, ethics, strong morals, and the values of God’s grace and a strong community. Wole went on to graduate from the Obafemi Awolowo University and the Lagos Business School. He has since attended numerous high profile executive development programs at leading business schools. He is a doctoral researcher (DBA) at the Cranfield University (UK) with a research focus on corporate political strategy. 

Oluyemi still considers himself to be a proud Nigerian. He is married with two daughters. He spends his free time as a street photographer and amateur golfer. He enjoys traveling, regularly going between Texas and Lagos.
