With January having been the company’s busiest month yet, Founder Abby Hagen has been working to develop better ways to book her company’s services, and has found one that makes the occasion a one-step process. With the business anticipating 2023 to be their busiest year since their conception, they are looking forward to the growth that they hope to see going ahead.

The company was founded in August 2022 by Abby Hagen, after nearly a decade spent in the photography industry. After starting her own business, Hagen has taken Aloha Dreams from an idea, to a reputable business across the Hawaiian islands, where they provide clients with quality photography services in locations including Oahu, Kailua, Lanikai, Kaneohe, Honolulu, North Shore, and Waikiki. 

Aloha Dreams offers a one-hour photoshoot session on various beaches across Hawaii. The company then delivers 60-70 edited and high-resolution images to the clients, through an online gallery that they are then able to freely download. Abby and the other photographers with Aoha Dreams also work with drones to take stunning and unique aerial photos. 

When traveling to a place like Hawaii, tourists and couples looking to elope can have so many things to worry about, as far as bookings and reservations. With hotels and meals, as well as plane tickets and car reservations, Hagen wanted to take a portion of that burden and alleviate some of the troubles that tourists encounter while traveling in Hawaii. Their streamline way of client bookings is one of the reasons why the company has found such success. 

Rather than parading as a faceless organization, making clients fill out several forms and schedule through numerous emails, Aloha Dreams simply needs a deposit, time, and location for the shoot. From there, the photographers are able to interact with their clients as much or as little as the client wants over email or by phone. Additionally, Abby has a hard deadline of a 7 day turnaround time, which is unusually for her craft. Most photographers can take weeks or even months before returning the final product to clients, but at Aloha Dreams, it takes a fraction of that time.
