Dante DiBattista unlocks leadership potential through speaking, coaching, training, and consulting
Dante DiBattista recognizes the challenges of building and maintaining a highly effective workforce that creates a competitive edge for an organization. The consulting firm founder specializes in helping other business owners and executives perform their most important job duty: leading. The transformational speaker, global leadership consultant, author, educator, and podcast host built his own company, DiBattista & Co., to help catalyze the healthy success of other organizations globally.
DiBattista & Co. leverages proprietary assessment tools to analyze its clients’ enterprises, identify the opportunities for growth that will deliver the strongest ROI, and then creates a clear roadmap to deliver those results. “Oftentimes, we see a promising business’ growth stifled by its inability to create an internal ecosystem that maximizes the potential of its talent. As a result, the business experiences turnover, promotes ineffective leaders, and the cycle repeats,” states DiBattista. “The potential lies in extracting the natural talents of those responsible and learning to harness them to inspire a sense of commitment, belonging, and engagement so a company can scale exponentially and sustainably.”
“It is essential for leaders to create upward mobility opportunities for their employees while providing the upskilling resources necessary to set employees up for success in the next phase of their career path,” states DiBattista. “We help executives build systems that provide those opportunities and resources,” states DiBattista. The way DiBattista & Co. does this is through a free consultation followed by an intensive, immersive, one-on-one training program in which business owners are directly taught the secrets DiBattista had to learn himself.
DiBattista attributes these lessons to his mentors and decades of research. DiBattista has learned from leadership coaches from Google, consultants from McKinsey & Co. and other large firms, psychology researchers from Stanford, and many others who make up the wide array of subject matter experts in leadership development. Now he gets to share insights to the students at MITs Leadership Center in a course called “Unlocking Your Leadership Signature”, for which he serves as the learning facilitator.
“We begin with a discovery call where I listen and understand the way a business runs and who its team is,” mentions DiBattista, “along with gathering the data available to begin conducting a root cause analysis.” DiBattista then pinpoints what needs to happen in order for the team to truly feel like a team of stronger leaders. “I then create a customized 1:1 coaching plan for the executive(s), a training roadmap for the organization, or both,” says DiBattista. “Clients also get direct access to me where I answer any and all questions that they may have.”
The business owner who is committed to helping as many people as he can states, “I not only provide leadership consulting but also speaking services.” DiBattista speaks to audiences at schools, conferences, and events about topics like how to create a culture of accountability, how to stop micromanaging and start coaching as leaders, how to be the spark of creativity your team needs, how to embrace and bounce back from failure, and how to gain support for change.
The coach and speaker holds that many of his methods are backed by real, psychological research and methodology. DiBattista is a prominent voice on the future of work and the increasing difficulties that come with it. “I enjoy advising executives and entrepreneurs on how to utilize emotional intelligence and psychology research to improve corporate performance without jeopardizing team members’ well-being,” says DiBattista.
“I enjoy teaching, whether it is a virtual 1:1 coaching session, facilitating a training session in a boardroom, or standing in front of a crowd of curious faces,” states DiBattista. “When I can teach others what I’ve learned over years of effort to learn how to best champion an idea, business, or crowd, I truly become whole.” The coach lives for the success that he can see in his clients’ and audience members’ lives. “I’ve heard stories and testimonies of those who I’ve helped,” he says. “It’s more rewarding than anything else in the world.”
