The Wagyu Shop Delivers Luxury Meats and Seafood with Personalized Care

The Wagyu Shop, an online gourmet food retailer specializing in rare and high-quality Japanese beef, has been serving their clientele for years. But the company has recently taken measures to expand, further broadening its seafood line and processing facilities. The firm was launched in 2018 with the purpose of delivering premium and high-quality solutions to meat enthusiasts while providing individualized customer service and delivery. The Wagyu Shop is excited about its upcoming expansion solidifying its mission of providing exclusive cuts for consumers and connoisseurs.

“We’ve studied the craft throughout the years, met the farmers, and even toured the facilities before exporting to the United States,” says Tiffany Aguilar, Client Relations Manager at the Wagyu Shop. When it comes to delivering for its customers, The Wagyu Shop prioritizes two elements often overlooked by purveyors – quality and customer care. 

“We add a personal touch by contacting each of our clients to ensure they are satisfied,” states Aguilar. The Wagyu Shop also researches and sources steaks that are normally exclusively available in high-end restaurants. The company caters to clients who are frequently hosting elegant parties since these clients seek out the most luxurious products. “Our clients often want to serve the best meat and we aim to provide that,” states Aguilar.

Japanese Wagyu is the most popular steak supplied by the firm. “Our major emphasis and what brought us recognition is our selection of rare and high-quality Japanese beef,” Aguilar says. “We have the greatest collection of Japanese beef in the US, with currently six distinct brands of Japanese Wagyu, the largest assortment in the US,” says The Wagyu Shop. Nevertheless, customers at The Wagyu Shop may choose from various Japanese Wagyu, Australian Wagyu, and American Wagyu.

The firm was thrilled to announce the debut of a seafood line in 2022. “Our seafood assortment includes a wide range of luxury offerings,” explains Aguilar. “From rich caviar to wild-caught tuna, our selection provides a variety of options,” the firm says, hoping to attract connoisseurs who want to prepare a nice home-cooked meal or surprise visitors with freshly-caught treasures.

“We want to stay up to date  on new meats and cuts,” Aguilar says, “and make sure everything is prepared in a safe and hygienic atmosphere.” The firm chose to expand on this point, constructing its own USDA processing plant. “We anticipate that the new facility will give us total control over the quality of our products,” Aguilar says. The facility is outfitted with cutting-edge technology and equipment to ensure that the meat is processed in a clean and safe environment. The facility also gives the company total control over the variety of meats and cuts it offers..

“We consider ourselves more customary than general,” holds Aguilar. We hope that the new seafood line will serve customers in a new niche and that the facility will help us to customize our products even better to meet the needs of our clientele.”
