The company made the decision to carry an in-house team of experienced medical staff to provide clients with a feeling of safety and comfort. “We did the same with our facilities, which have everything they need for workouts within them,” says Gaston. “We are the first sports agency to have our own in-house facility that includes a basketball court, weight room, offices, recovery room, lounge and kitchen. “Likewise, we have a fantastic team providing support for our players.” The respective team involves founders Thomas and Gaston, as well as Edric Dennis, Director of Client Services, and Donny Beacham, Director of Player Operations.
