When we talked to Thayna she was one of the most humblest, sweet, out going person someone can be. She has made so many Instagram accounts from 1000 followers to over a million with her company.
She is revolutionizing the Instagram game. Her company is no doubt the next huge company.
We caught up with her here’s the interview.
What’s your full name, age, and where are you from?
Thayná Velozo, I am 24 years old and I was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Despite having lived my whole life in São Paulo, the place where I really identify myself and I usually call myself a “false carioca”. Lol
What do you do for a living?
I work since I was 15 years old on my mother’s companies. I worked creating the visual identity of our cosmetics company and also co-creating products, essences and textures. After that, I worked for a marketing and advertising company, and founded Lien Entertainment. After gaining experience in this field, me and my partner and fiancé, Filippo Peres, founded our own business, CandyPop.Corn. I consider myself a visionary and a dedicated entrepreneur, since I was a little girl I never really saw myself attending to any university course. Ah! Maybe Gastronomy has crossed my mind. (Hahaha)
Who are some of your biggest influences in your industry?
I would say nobody! We are the best. But thats just a focused mindset talk. Of course we had a starting point, so, as I began at Lien Entertainment, with my mom and sister, I’ve learned a lot from their method so I applied it to CandyPop.Corn adding a few adjustments and improvements. And actually, as Lien Entertainment manages several celebrities careers we decided to leave the Marketing and Media growth part to CandyPop.Corn! I believe we’re in the right path. Thanks to God and of course, to the know-how that I learnt from my mom’s Erika Velozo.
What would you consider your biggest accomplishment thus far in your career?
Without a doubt, my financial independence. I was 22 years old.
I never limited my thoughts, I constantly use everything I have learned and continue to learn through the Law of Attraction for instance, in which I have always applied it into my life and I am very proud of it.
What legacy would you like to leave behind for yourself?
I want to leave my words, my teachings, a solid business career, the importance of gratitude to God, the importance in recognizing who is by your side, the importance of valuing those who help you to grow, the importance of the Law of Attraction in any area of our life and lastly the importance of NEVER giving up. Because you can always surpass your own expectations and go beyond.
Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years?
I see myself working at CandyPop.Corn leading the national and international market, and with my cosmetics company having these two sources of income.
And finally giving my 6-year-old son a brother (he’s always asking me this, lol) with my partner and fiancé Filippo Peres, and last but not least, I see myself helping the less fortunate people in Brazil.
