Derek Cavan, Tonia Ryan’s husband, is the owner of Squared Realty. He is a real estate broker in Las Vegas and Florida. Cavan has been in the real estate industry since 2004 starting out in South Florida. 

He began assisting in residential and commercial brokerage transactions with speciality in the purchase and sale of liquor licenses. This led Cavan to upgrade his license to broker in 2007 and opened his own company that is now called, The Cavan Group. Cavan operates in South Florida and Las Vegas as of 2018 where he opened Squared Realty; his team provides excellent service in residential and commercial sales and licensure.
