ITL Completes its Acquisitions of Magna5 Telecom Business, Nearing $100MM in Revenue
Earlier this year, International Telcom LLC’s (ITL) revealed their purchase agreement to acquire the Magna5 Telecom business from Magna5 Global; the deal has at last been finalized and closed. ITL plans to combine Magna5 Telecom with its other communication brands, Dial800 and Kall8, under the new brand “RingSquared.” ITL is quickly becoming an industry leader in communications, processing over 8 billion phone calls annually and nearing $100MM in revenue. The valuable addition of Magna5 Telecom will elevate International Telcom’s current offerings with expanded communications and connectivity services.
Taking International Telecom to the Next Level
With the addition of Magna5 Telecom’s impressive suite of products and services to their existing offerings, ITL can now provide thousands of customers with comprehensive end-to-end communications from a single trusted provider. As International Telecom’s CEO Kevin Alward explains, “ITL’s core company focus is about delivering superior connectivity, data analytics, and voice technology. We look forward to adding new services and making them available to all ITL clients.”
They’ve already begun key infrastructure work to improve and enhance network reliability and performance. ITL has even deployed new switching facilities, equipped with Ribbon’s Sonus 7000 platform and Microsoft’s Metaswitch, in geo-redundant architecture in California, Florida, New Jersey, New York, Texas, and Washington. The team also plans to expand Velo Cloud infrastructure to increase SD-WAN (software-defined wide area network) offerings for clients.
Providing Comprehensive Support to a Wide Range of Clientele
After the acquisition, ITL will serve 30,000 customers. The company’s existing Dial800 and Kall8 platforms will become available to all Magna5 Telecom customers looking to improve their business networks with built-in AI analytics, call tracking software, customizable call routing, an industry-leading database of 800 and vanity phone numbers, and more. Magna5 Telecom’s services, including SaaS (software), CCaas (contact center), UCaaS (unified communications), SD-WAN, and more, will be expanded and available to all customers.
So far, ITL has opened offices in California, Florida, New Jersey, New York, San Antonio, Frisco (TX), and Washington to provide customers across the US with 24/7 support. Kevin Alward will continue to serve as CEO, bringing over 30 years of telecom experience to the company. When combined, the executive team at ITL represents over 75 years of experience leading businesses and innovating technology in the telecom industry.
The Future of Magna5 Telecom and the ITL Family
Magna5 Telecom customers’ products, services, and support will continue as usual. The Magna5 Telecom business will soon be re-branded as RingSquared, a name encompassing ITL’s full suite of managed voice, data, and key communication solutions.
